At Bhrigu Farms, we bring you hand-churned A2 Desi Cow Ghee using the traditional bilona method, crafted in small batches from the milk of free-grazing cows in Purvanchal (Ballia, UP).
We follow the ancient two-step bilona process – curd is first prepared from fresh A2 milk, and then slowly churned to extract butter. The butter is then simmered on low flame to produce our golden, aromatic ghee. This ensures maximum nutrition, superior taste, and long shelf life without any chemicals or preservatives.
